Apartments are an ideal place from which to enjoy the beauty,
beaches and facilities of the English Riviera. We are in a superb
level position, between and very close to the beaches of Preston and
Paignton. We also provide private parking so you can
leave your car and take the very short walk to the beach, the nearby
town or our local pub, just around the corner. |

Self-Catering
If you enjoy practising your
cooking skills, you should find everything you need in our kitchens,
which are fully equipped with everything from a tin-opener to a
microwave. If you need a change from cooking however, there are
many establishments nearby where you can eat-in or take-away. |

We maintain our three
self-contained apartments to a high standard. All the apartments
have comfortable lounges and large windows with pleasant views and are
provided with:

floor Apartment
Our most spacious apartment
has its own front door, overlooks the front garden and is fully equipped
to accommodate 6 guests. All rooms lead off the apartment’s
hallway. The apartment comprises a large lounge, double bedroom,
second bedroom with a 3ft single bed and a futon chair bed, kitchen and
bathroom. The lounge has a three-seater settee and a comfortable double
sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath shower, hand basin
and toilet. The apartment has gas fired central heating.

floor Apartment with Sea Views
A sunny apartment which has
views of Preston Sands and is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.
Each room leads off from a small hallway within the apartment. The
apartment comprises a lounge and kitchen area with a breakfast bar; a
bedroom with twin beds (2ft 6ins); and a shower room with hand basin and
toilet. The lounge has armchairs and a comfortable double sofa
bed.

This quiet apartment is at
the rear of the property, overlooks gardens and trees and can
accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment comprises a lounge and
kitchen area with breakfast bar, a bedroom with twin beds (3ft) and
bathroom with an over-bath shower, hand basin and toilet. The
lounge has a comfortable pull-down double bed, a three-seater settee and
padded cane chairs.
